Transpacific Industries Group Limited (ASX:TPI) has appointed Robert Boucher as its new chief executive officer, replacing Kevin Campbell.
The waste management company says Mr Boucher will commence immediately after approval of relevant working visas and will also join the board.
Mr Boucher was previously executive vice president of operations for New York stock exchange-listed Republic Services Inc.
Current CEO Kevin Campbell's resignation is effective from November 30.
Chairman Martin Hudson says Mr Boucher is a seasoned leader in the waste management and recycling industry.
Transpacific Industries booked a net loss of $200.4 million in fiscal 2013.
