not sure what is the basis for your opinion that this is sinking ship? I noticed that company had worst time in past but at the moment their books looking good in my opinion.
I noticed that in last half yearly results company explicitly said that second half going to be worst and that surprised me that not many company honest to be around to warn investor on possible tough time.
Also, this change in management is more like removal then leaving company happily to me as normally notice period are always completed until new CEO is found unless current CEO got another job in my opinion. Andrew's linkedin isn't updated so he might be looking for work like me
