MY bet on this company is that future recession will help boost its sales and with 700m sales, 1% of profit margin increase will lift its profit to above 10m. closing A FEW STORES CAN EASILY DO THE TRICK.
IT is too naive to believe that 4.1 m profit will be sustained into the future forever. In multiple valuation, only sustainable earning is relevant.
Telstra is ok with a PE of 13. But TLS earning is also declining e , I can see no catalyst for telstra to improve its earning in the future. It is 100 times harder for telstra to boost its earning say by 10% than TRS increase its earning by 100%.
also it simply does not make sense to compare different industry using multiples.
