Hello Drifta, I was one of the optimists with this stock before the takeover. It since the latest half year report I was very very disappointed with the bleak outlook commentary. I'm not sure why the forecast is for a loss of circa 6.5 million loss in the 2nd half but whatever it is it is nasty. There's no reason to be holding this anymore and I have a feeling Allensford will be picking up some decent amount of shares should the offer stand in the market at $2.70. They have no reason to lift their bid. The dividend at 10c is putrid as at the full year they probably won't be able to pay any dividends then which means the yield is well down as well from last year. Unfortunately I see no reason to be a holder in this anymore.
