    Sept 18 (Reuters) - Troy Resources Ltd (TRY) :

    • Reached agreement with Investec to amend terms & structure of revolving debt facility
    • Deal includes reduction in Sept. 30 loan repayment amount from US$3 million to US$1 million with US$2 million deferred to later periods
