    May 2 (Reuters) - Troy Resources Ltd (TRY)

    • Martin Purvis has resigned as managing director of company
    • In light of these management changes, board plans to scale back activities currently undertaken at perth office
    • Purvis will continue in his role until end of May when Fred Grimwade, company chairman, will assume an interim executive role
