    • CASH CONSIDERATION UNDER SCHEME AT A PRICE OF A$0.81 PER TASK SHARE
    • SCHEME VALUES TASK'S EQUITY AT A$310M
    • SCHEME IS EXPECTED TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN Q3 OF 2024
    • UNDER SIA, PROPOSED THAT PAR TO ACQUIRE 100% OF TASK'S SHARES BY WAY OF COURT-APPROVED SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT
