CX partners how much did they put in and when to work out what they may want now
How much TSI is worth now
Once you have a figure that TSI is worth then 75% of that how will TSN raise that money debt and/or issue of shares.If you are an institution to buy into TSN you will look at the full value of TSI now and then work out how many shares are currently on issue in TSN and add those in to the analysis.If TSI is worth $50 million 25% of that is $12,5 million.Do they then say that is how much TSN is worth before they give TSN money?If it is $100 million for TSI then that is $25 million.What is the current market cap of TSN.They did an issue at 1.6c the other week giving 1945 million shares on issue = $31 million market cap.
