You would have to imagine so..all holders would/should be eligible pro rata as announced. We can't leave the Safa holders or the Kiwi holders etc out, as much as it might be a good topic to joke about...
It is up to all holders to get their funds together and available on time though so if being overseas brings any issues transferring funds etc keep in mind the company won't wait for anyone so make your preparations quick smart I reckon.
I get the feeling demand will be high so if funds are not ready to buy shares they will go to the next in line I guess...
