Pretty quiet here poster-wise for the past couple of weeks. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Here's a thought...with Titan's recent $6 million cash raise and their previous commitment of $20 million for the now defunct Core merger, is there any chance that the Company comes back to the table and makes an all cash offer for a portion of CGLD or one of their properties? The Core data room has been open for a couple of weeks and the Company is getting serious interest from a number of possible suitors. Just one of those things that make you go hmmm... Turtle
