Has the Company announced any plans for the recent $6 million financing yet? Core Gold just reworked their $2.5 million debt with Vertex...and dropped the the conversion price 40%...(0.30 to 0.18/sh). Don't be surprised if Titan takes another run at Core by purchasing the Vertex debt and increasing their position before the October AGM. Despite better deals out there for the Company, the Core Gold Board of Directors seem focused on Titan at the expense of the shareholders and all other suitors. Hmmmm...wonder what they have up their collective sleeves? Maybe the Regulators can get some answers...Turtle56
