Has anyone in Aus heard anything about the $20 million raise? Were they successful? For the full amount? At what price. Rumour over here is that it was at significantly less than the 2.4 cents the merger agreement referenced...possibly as low as 1.5 cents. That's a lot more dilution and will bring about next to no premium for CGLD shareholders and virtually no arbitrage opportunity. That hurts TTM shareholders too... Turtle56
