    Maybe they were waiting to see what the ACCC was going to do. Seems from the announcements today that TAH and TTS will be able to jump the regulatory hurdles to make the takeover happen. Maybe some other offer will now be forthcoming, but I'm more that happy with the deal TTS and TAH have put together. Interesting times!
