    From today's AFR:

    The offer last October then implied a value of $4.34 per Tatts share, but Friday's scheme booklet noted that "based on he closing price of Tabcorp shares on [Thursday] ... the implied value of the Scheme Consideration is $3.66 per Tatts share." Tatts shares closed at $3.91 on Friday.
