Haha not late in WA mate....but for me yeah, I work week on/week off so the on part is usually very early to bed!
I just think that the hearing has dragged out longer than anyone expected and yes, due to Tv2 Lawyers not providing exactly what was required for the hearing - wether the lawyers knew what was required was of course anyone's guess. Its natural for all the Opposers & jacked off holders to start with the wild theories and accusations and for the threads to be bombarded with them.
For the purposes of projecting an optimistic view, lets just say it is as simple as providing the judge with the appropriate evidence/paperwork, we go back to the ASX with our positive news and all of a sudden we are back trading and on to debating or discussing fundamentals again.
I would much rather be debating whats going on with Toomai or whats the next step with PGASCOM or when is Divan going to start making us money........but due to this hearing being postponed its the hurdle we need to get over first - whatever positive news that is posted by users will always be trumped by the fact that currently - We are not trading.
Only time will tell, my outlook is still fairly simplistic on what will occur and have confidence we will be back and when we do, everything has still been happening in the background........
