    When I read the latest ANN of adjournment, I assumed it was deliberate on part of TV2 to stall the decision to align relisting with +ve ANN. I view the court hearing as an anal technical issue, that the company can resolve. It was a slip up better to avoid but it happens, small companies don't have the benefit of a team of lawyers to oversee everything.
