Its deafening because there's a lot of info and examples to absorb within that post,however i don't believe it applies with our situation at TV2U of which i'll give my reason later.
No doubt these type of occurances mentioned happen and i would consider them a bunch of crooks whom usually are reclusive at the background of operations and by the time people work out who they are they've taken off somewhere and left everybody high and dry or cannot be touched because of some missed loophole that covers them which is a disgrace.
Nick Fitzgerald for me wouldn't have put himself in a position to be ridiculed,torn down or lose all credibility to the point where nobody will touch anything he or anybody that works for him is associated with in the future,because his appearances on Bloomberg,Techknow,IBC & any other promotional presentations he has
made are all accessable.
In other words he cannot escape his responsibilties.
One question though that has been raised a few times by some is why doesnt he sign off on the announcements?
Is it to avoid something or just distance?
