Treasury Wine Estates Limited (ASX:TWE) has appointed Tony Reeves as its new Chief Financial Officer, following the resignation of Mark Fleming.
Mr Reeves brings more than 20 years of experience in senior finance, IT and strategy roles and has also held the position of president of the G100, the nation’s peak body for CFOs.
Treasury Wines Estates has described Mr Reeves as being passionate about the wine industry and having a proven track record of delivering financial results and shareholder value.
TWE CEO David Dearie says Mr Reeves will help the company transition into its next phase of commercial development.
The appointment comes after the resignation of Mark Fleming who is taking a career break before pursuing other opportunities.
TWE generated a net profit of $52.4 million in the first half of the current financial year.
