you can never go wrong with Barossa, McClarenvale or Coonawarra reds for year - in year - out consistent good quality. D’arenberg Dead Arm Shiraz is as big as they get in South Australia, if you want a quintessential wine. However, that said, Australia is blessed with excellent wine makers in every corner of this great country.
