I think there is a case for the directors to be litigated for dereliction of duty. They will have some professional indemnity insurance, If you read the action Gindaldan, is a private shareholder. But that won't matter to the lawyers, they will take 75% of any amount awarded, ambulance chasing. The best thing shareholders can do is vote against the re employment of staff that are a liability.
