I imagine it’s the green Superfunds doing this under ESG. Honestly why bother sueing yourself, the only winner is the lawyers who are now suffering from COVID-19. Partnerships run perpetual overdrafts paying out every cent in distributions as soon as they can. COVID-19 has not destroyed their business models. Now they come after TWE.
Anyone with a brain who holds this with their own money would tell them to get stuffed.
