TWER is the ASX code for the retail entitlements. Anyone who held at the record date would now have an allocation. From the offer booklet:
• Retail Entitlements may be traded on ASX from Friday, 3 November 2023 to Thursday,
16 November 2023 (ASX Code: TWER). You may incur brokerage costs if you sell all or part
of your Retail Entitlements on ASX.
Why it spiked to $1.60 is an interesting question and perhaps the more experienced/knowledgeable on the forum might care to comment. I would have assumed that the TWER price would *broadly* be in the vicinity of the difference between the $10.80 offer price and whatever the current share price is. Perhaps the spike coincided with the PM's visit to China and market anticipation of positive news re tariffs etc (as discussed above).
