    March 17 (Reuters) - TW Holdings Ltd (TWH) :

    • Twh to acquire Auscann Group Holdings Ltd
    • Entered into a non-binding heads of agreement in relation to acquiring 100% of the issued capital of Auscann Group Holdings Ltd
    • Twh plans, subject to shareholder approval,to conduct a capital raising under a full form prospectus to raise at least A$3 million
    • Under deal,co will issue 3,062 million shares at a deemed issue price of A$0.0055 each to auscann shareholders & A$0.004125 each to auscann convertible noteholders
