You have misunderstood it newB.
Clearly they need Cannon Brookes 12.5% stake to get it over the line. He has stated he wants $1.85. So they need to offer that to have Tyro by the throat and agree, without him there is no deal. Since they offered 1.60, to come up to 1.85 will be easy.
