    Good morning all,

    I am no expert, but I would suggest that nothing has been sold.

    It looks like due to additional shares being in sold in both OGX and KAI, the holdings by TYX are now below 5% of the overall shares in both.

    Not sure if 5% is a "standard" amount to be considered a substantial holder but seems to be the case here.
