At least Singapore is going forward very well.
"Since the launch of SingPost’s POPStation service in April last year, SingPost has extended its network across Singapore to over 70 with approximately 5,800 lockers for 24/7 access. It is available to end-consumers at no additional cost, and under secured environment with centralised 24/7 CCTV surveillance. The network will be expanded to 100 with the installation of another 20-odd smart locker stations by the end of FY2014/15, increasing availability for customers even further."
