That's a bold call, but I'm happy to wait and see what happens over the next year or so. Rear view mirrors are great for seeing a mirror image of the past, but the way ahead is all that counts to me in the end. I'm guessing that the impatient will bail out and the patient will accumulate. I just love the speculative end of the market for a small portion of my portfolio.
