    April 13 (Reuters) - Unity Mining Ltd (UML) :

    • Agreed to a further variation to the terms of the proposed transaction with Diversified Minerals Pty Ltd
    • Revised total cash payments to be received by Unity shareholders will be increased to 3.3 cents per unity share
    • Unity's largest shareholder, Brahman Pure Alpha Pte Ltd has advised of its intention to vote in favour of the resolutions
