    April 4 (Reuters) - Unity Mining Ltd (UML) :

    • Under revised transaction, diversified minerals will increase scheme consideration from 1.9 cents to 2.2 cents per share
    • Says shareholders will continue to receive a capital return of 1.0 cent per share
