    AMEDS backers just want a return....not an exit from coal....just demonstration of an investment exit.

    Afrimat need to do DD then take that DD to the banks to structure finance incorporating the targets balance sheet.....nothing happens overnight

    then they can make a binding unconditional bid as no one has the appetite for a conditional bid

    takes time folks....but this isn't another fishing trip
