    • TERRACOM ANNOUNCES OFFER BY UNIT TO ACQUIRE ENTIRE ISSUED, TO BE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF UNIVERSAL COAL
    • UNDER DEAL, UNV SHAREHOLDERS WILL RECEIVE 10 CENTS IN CASH AND ABOUT 0.6026 NEW TERRACOM SHARES
    • OFFER VALUES EACH UNV SHARE AT 33.5 CENTS AND ENTIRE ISSUED AND TO BE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF UNV AT ABOUT A$175 MILLION
