    I'm not sure if you read TER's latest report or not but TER's NTA fell to around 7.2c per share. That's around 36m not 65.2m.

    So UNV = 67.9, TER = 36

    TER 35% / 65% UNV

    EV on its own is a pretty terrible way to value a business in my opinion. Shouldn't you show it as a ratio to EBITDA or Cash Flow?
