    Feb 24 (Reuters) - United Overseas Australia Ltd (UOS)

    • Entered into MOU to enter into formal agreement with Psaros Group of cos for development of residential, commercial site in East Perth
    • Deal for a completion cost value of approximately A$28 million
    • UOA will have a 51 pct equity in East Parade Pty Ltd special purpose entity which will carry out development
