    I still don't understand why none of these offers have been made announced via the ASX.

    If they feel the need to release a price sensitive announcement to squash any rumour that there is an offer of $1.20 a share, then go on to say there is a raft of offers, why not just realese the actual offers and the market can digest and make informed decisions rather than speculate.
