In the announcement they confirm they have received a number of non-binding, indicative, confidential proposals. These are currently being assessed by Deutsch Bank.
Surely this is information that affects the value of the unit price and should thus be disclosed to the market. How can the market make an informed decision on the value of the unit when it doesn't have all the information. It also creates an uneven playing ground when some people have access to this information and others don't.
