I think most posters are missing the real point: we shareholders are seeing our asset thoroughly trashed over the past couple of days by a few legal chancers in a (large) Third World country notorious for bad government and endemic corruption. And what is OUR Board doing to protect the value of one of the world's eminent companies and the interests of its shareholders? Surely this demands immediate and strong action to separate BHP Billiton from this shambles!
