I disagree many of the problems were inherited from Ralp Norris who inherited them from david Murray.
However the IATMS was all done on his watch. He is now gone or going but the one who should have responded to the first warming and been all over it by
1. closing the ATMS untill fixed
2. chasing up why Suspicious movements were so long in reporting to Austrac and AFP that the AFP raided them to get the information namely the head of retail Mat Comyn is still there. Although his bonus hs gone
