I have said it many times I think FAR team are in this for the Long hall.
A lot of very high potential acreage. They won't get that $5B offer just yet.
I see it going more along the line of getting a real good FARm in deal with WPL
At DJ, Along with a free carry until production. A full free carry would be a dream.
This takes a huge burden from the finances to develop SNE and allows all the upside of what lies elsewhere with a strong income.
I think WPL would be more receptive to this kind of deal too.
It keeps FAR and them on good terms and allows a wait and see approach for upside
throughout the block with a potential real takeover deal down the line, multi billion$
