If 25 cents is a given I wonder why no one is buying.
Malcy says 25 cents also but he does not hold FAR shares.
You would think you would mortgage the house then you can buy 3 houses.
The $1 guys would make FAR nearly a AU$3b company with a 100m/boo share.
I wonder what the economics of that would be?
