    Looking at the Contingent Liabilities note 7b) of the Financial Information in the Prelims in conjunction with your comments re BPMigas' approvals, it would appear that BPM may have some leverage over EWC. Hopefully this is merely paranoia on my part and not a cause to hold up the Senkang expansion?

    I'd be interested in other views as to whether this could be an issue. (Not huge $s in the overall scheme of things).
