My (probably wrong) interpretation: all these "independent" organizations recommending the CR are an indicator that the current management are clutching at straws and think it is unlikely that they have the required support?
I can't remember seeing so many hearty recommendations for a proposal that screws current shareholders like this. As was said in another thread, recommendations to participate from grandma or the CEO's third cousin's hairdresser's pet squirrel seem likely to come
