Uscom Limited's (ASX:UCM) shares are in pre-open this morning following the ASX granting the company a trading halt.
Uscom requested the halt pending details of a capital raising, along with a transaction.
Earlier in the month the company signed eight new distribution agreements across its cardiac output monitor and central blood pressure monitor products.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 17th July 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
