On a high level, if UWL has a 20% interest in OPC at an approximate buy in value of $121mill and this new offer is 11% higher then UWL can just bank $13.5 mill in profit on the gain on investment plus the $6mill or so in break fees
So overall I am inclined to take a short term profit on this and let Aware take this off our hands and let us walk away with nearly $20mill extra in our pockets for our trouble
