Wouldn't it make better business sense in a global crisis to reduce the risk of this acquisition by merely waiting for the liquidation sale? airplanes will be going cheap worldwide soon. multiple airlines folding. then the new entity can model their business around prevailing market forces and match assets and debt to this model? Sorry but VAH is not coming back...
