    Whether creditors vote to accept the offer made by a bidder is irrelevant as to whether they can take part in a CA regarding statements made by directors, you only have to have purchased relying on those statements. Accepting the offer only crystalises your loss it doesn't take away any rights.

    So why not take the offer & then sign up to any CA?
