    Nov 16 (Reuters) - Virgin Australia Holdings Ltd (VAH) :

    • REQUESTED THAT IT BE REMOVED FROM OFFICIAL LIST OF ASX FROM CLOSE OF TRADING ON DATE OF COMPLETION OF TRANSFER
    • DEED ADMINISTRATORS WILL TRANSFER ALL OF ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF VAH TO BAIN CAPITAL OR ITS NOMINEE
    • EFFECTUATION OF VAH DOCA IS SCHEDULED TO OCCUR ON 17 NOVEMBER 2020
