WELLINGTON, June 3 (Reuters) - The seasonally adjusted value of New Zealand residential building work rose 5.5 percent in the first quarter, data from Statistics New Zealand showed on Friday.
The value of non-residential building work increased 5 percent, resulting in a 5.3 percent gain in the total value of all building work.
