this is what gets me, I never finished high finance at UNI or anything like that but I mean, borrowing money to REPAY a previous debt, that dosent add up to me, I mean isn't that something that people always warn you about, don't set up a new credit card just to use that money to pay off a previous credit card, but this is exactly what VCX is doing aren't they? but on a much bigger scale of course.
Just one another point, if retail spending keeps falling here in oz, logically VCX will keep falling wont it?
especially if a lot of retailers are unable to afford rent at VCX centres, VCX will continue to fall wont it?
Unless TurnBULL somehow jump starts retail spending hey?
