I've noticed something very interesting about vcx and scg, the 2 main shopping centre reits, these 2 are the only reits on the asx whose stock price is higher now than may 2022 when the rba started to increase interest rates, I seriously wonder why?
all other reits have been smashed since May 2022 when rates started to go up, but vcx and scg started to go up , why?
