Happy holder. Refining down-side protected by FSSP and improving financials for company now becoming evident. There will be further upside once more domestic/international travel resumes and local/state border closures & lock-downs ease. Have been accumulating on price weakness as a value-play on the local energy market with retail input. I seem to recall them having some cash still on the balance sheet from the previous sale of their real estate assets, so divi should be payable.
